Roasted Vegetables with Ranch Dip

Recipe Notes: I love to make this ranch dip, it's such a great accompaniment to anything from roasted vegetables to fried potatoes and salads. The recipe comes from one of my favorite cookbooks: Garde Manger, The Art and Craft of the Cold Kitchen. It's made with a long list of delicious ingredients, including celery seeds, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, ricotta and buttermilk. I highly recommend the recipe and the book!
